We are proud to welcome Dr. Marc Bahan to the Children´s Medical Center team. Dr. Bahan is a pediatric M.D. and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (FAAP). He received his degree from the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) in Charleston, completing his pediatric residency at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina. He received board certification in pediatrics in 1997. Dr. Bahan has served as both Chairman of the Board and President of the Medical Staff at Marion Regional Hospital in Charleston and as President of Marion County Medical Society. Dr. Bahan worked for over 20 years at Pee Dee Pediatrics in Mullins, South Carolina, where he was a solo practitioner and where his duties included nurse practitioner supervision, as well as providing ER and inpatient care. Dr. Bahan has also taught family medicine at Campbell Medical School´s Conway Medical Center and has served as a preceptor for 4th year medical pediatric students and 3rd year medical students in outpatient pediatrics.

Dr. Bahan is the father of two (a son and daughter), and has many interests including traveling and scuba diving.
